“I am lucky to work on cases that often make an impact on a national scale. Making sure that bad actors face justice when their actions harm others is worth advocating for.”

Jessica's Story
Jessica Wieczorkiewicz is a Partner at Wallace Miller, where she focuses her practice on mass torts, product liability, and personal injury litigation. As a first-generation college graduate from an immigrant family, Jessica brings a deeply personal perspective to her advocacy. She is passionate about holding large corporations accountable when they put profits over people. Her work in nationwide mass tort litigation allows her to pursue meaningful, systemic change on behalf of individuals who have been harmed by defective products and corporate misconduct.
Jessica currently serves on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the Suboxone film tooth decay litigation and is actively involved in other national mass torts, including the paraquat herbicide litigation and Camp Lejeune water contamination claims. In addition to mass tort litigations, she represents clients in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents.
Prior to joining Wallace Miller, Jessica gained experience in professional liability, specifically medical negligence, where she represented healthcare networks, physicians, and nurses throughout the litigation process. Jessica’s time as a defense attorney provided invaluable experience working on cases from the ground up along with significant courtroom exposure, which she now applies in representing injured plaintiffs.
Jessica is an active member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), a national organization that fights to protect the rights of injured victims and keep access to the justice system open. She has co-chaired the New Lawyers’ Division Education Committee for the past several years and graduated from AAJ’s Leadership Academy with Class 11 in 2025.
Jessica is also involved with her local legal community and serves on the Board of Governors of the Northwest Suburban Bar Association. Jessica’s Polish heritage shapes her commitment to supporting diverse and underserved communities and she is a member of the Advocates Society, an association of Polish-American attorneys.

I’ve been working with the team from Wallace Miller for a little over a year now with my Suboxone claims. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need, even with me living all the way in West Virginia!! They stay in close contact with me and always make me feel included in every aspect of my case. They make filling out all the forms and answer all my questions so easily by walking me through each form step by step! They truly are a godsend, and I could NEVER thank them enough for all that they have done and continue to do!! They truly are the best law firm I have ever worked with!
