Alexandrea M. Messner Tell Us Your Story

Alexandrea M. Messner

Alexandrea M. Messner has dedicated her career to using the power of civil courts to recover the greatest possible compensation for her clients. Especially when dealing with the aftermath of an injury or illness, money is often people’s biggest stressor. Civil cases hold the power to directly and meaningfully improve quality of life.

Hailing from the defense side of litigation, Alexandrea understands what it takes to negotiate with opposing counsel and uses her knowledge and experience to achieve the best settlements and verdicts. Her insight into the strategies of corporate counsel helps her analyze the arguments of the opposition and fight for the best resolution for each and every one of her clients.

Alexandrea received her JD from the Chicago Kent College of Law in 2019 and graduated magna cum laude with honors from Chicago State University with a BS in Criminal Justice in 2015. After earning her law degree, she worked in defense in a broad range of personal injury cases, successfully representing her clients in multiple motions for summary judgment.

At Wallace Miller, Alexandrea is focusing on personal injury practice, including premises liability, wrongful death, sexual abuse, and motor vehicle accident cases. She is also contributing to mass tort cases including the Suboxone, Paraquat, and Roundup litigations.

In a legal system that can be convoluted and inaccessible, Alexandrea believes that individuals who have been wronged deserve someone fighting by their side. She works diligently to step up for these people and put in the time and work to get them a fair settlement or verdict that will make a material difference in their lives.
