Kristina's Story
Kristina J. Anderson is an administrative mass torts attorney at Wallace Miller. By collaborating with attorneys and staff from filing to resolution, she helps streamline every stage of the litigation process, provide compassionate and effective legal representation, and fight for the best settlement for every client.
Kristina began her career as a paralegal and legal assistant before attending law school and working her way up to a position as a litigator. She received her JD from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 2017 and graduated from Butler University in 2007. As an administrative mass torts attorney, she is involved with a wide range of cases handled by Wallace Miller and currently serves on the Leadership Development Committee of the Philips CPAP multidistrict litigation.
Kristina has built her career around the conviction that plaintiffs’ litigation can significantly and materially improve people’s lives. On any given day, her work may include talking with clients, collaborating with paralegals, or contributing to depositions, trial preparation, and other common benefit work. Kristina is dedicated to seeing every clients’ case through to the end, no matter what it takes.

While working on the Philips CPAP Multidistrict Litigation, Kristina was appointed to the Leadership Development Committee to work up and impact cases across the nation.
