Matthew J. Goldstein

Matthew J. Goldstein is an attorney at Wallace Miller. He represents clients in consumer and securities class actions, appellate litigation, and a broad range of other complex disputes in state and federal courts and arbitrations throughout the county.

Matthew fights tirelessly for his clients and to change the law for the better. He has represented clients in several cases presenting issues of first impression on consumer arbitration contracts and recently argued an appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Matthew earned his law degree from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, where he participated in moot court and trial advocacy programs. He earned his bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Lake Forest College, where he majored in history and philosophy, earning honors in both disciplines.

Matthew is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of Illinois, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, Eastern District of Missouri, Western District of Wisconsin, and Southern District of Texas.
