Timothy's Story
Tim Jackson is a partner at Wallace Miller. His practice focuses on product liability, mass torts, and drug and medical device litigation. Tim has tried numerous cases to verdict and represents plaintiffs in several complex litigation matters including Roundup and the Baby Food Products Liability Litigation (MDL 3101), where he was appointed as a member of the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee (PSC).
He also has spent a substantial amount of time involved in ongoing litigation and has experience as a member of trial teams at both state and federal levels. Tim has been a key figure in the transvaginal mesh litigation, including as a key member of multiple trial teams that have successfully tried cases to verdict, including Huskey v. Ethicon, Inc. and Kaiser v. Ethicon, which achieved $3.27 million and $35 million jury verdicts, respectively. He has a strong reputation for his ability to navigate the intricacies of complicated litigation as well as having a knack for identifying, distilling, and understanding complex legal issues associated with federal multidistrict litigation (MDL) and state court proceedings. Tim has served in numerous roles working with expert witnesses in both state and federal court, including at trial.
Tim began his legal career as a summer associate at Wexler Wallace. He graduated from Tulane University and earned his law degree from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law. While in law school, Tim served as a Managing Editor of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution.

Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee
Tim was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee (PSC) in the ongoing Toxic Baby Food Litigation (MDL 3101) in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
Kaiser v. Ethicon
Tim played a key role in the transvaginal mesh trial which resulted in a $35 million jury verdict. Tim also played a role in successfully defending this verdict on appeal in the 7th Circuit.
Transvaginal Mesh Litigation
Tim has represented numerous TVM clients for many years and has been a part of multiple trial teams which have achieved plaintiff verdicts in both state and federal courts.
Elmiron Litigation
Tim led the firm’s work in the consolidated Elmiron pharmaceutical drug litigation in Pennsylvania state court, In re: Elmiron Products Liability Litigation No. 00119.
