Get to know Wallace Miller partner Molly Condon Wells
Molly Condon Wells has worked throughout her career to stand up for the rights of the most vulnerable members of society while pushing the legal field forward. She has been selected for leadership roles in nationwide multidistrict litigation, including the Tepezza and hair relaxer lawsuits, and has served on leadership committees on litigations including Essure, Paragard, and Tenofovir. Her work spans complex areas of mass tort litigation, including corporate regulations, punitive damages, and compliance.
As head of the Survivor Advocacy litigation at Wallace Miller, Molly Condon Wells has reshaped the practice area to focus on accountability and healing for survivors. In this sensitive area of law, Molly and her team make a meaningful difference for survivors and their loved ones by focusing on what justice looks like for individuals and what they need to reclaim their stories and find a path forward.
Outside of her legal practice, Molly is extensively involved in supporting her legal community and her peers. She has held a number of leadership roles with the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois (WBAI), including Secretary of Membership and Financial Secretary, and currently serves as the Second Vice President for the 2026-2027 term. She serves on the boards of Lawyers Lend a Hand to Youth and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and has spoken on mass torts, survivor advocacy, and complex litigation across the country.
