Fernando serves as Head of Human Resources at Wallace Miller, where he leads the firm’s people strategy and talent development initiatives. His work centers on aligning talent with business goals to unlock employee and organizational potential, strengthening team communication and collaboration, and setting shared expectations across departments. With more than two decades of experience guiding organizations through transformational change, he partners with leaders at all levels to strengthen leadership capability and foster high-performing cultures.
As an industrial-organizational psychologist, Fernando brings an evidence-based approach and a multicultural lens to Wallace Miller’s programs, policies, and processes. His experience spans multiple sectors—including professional services, manufacturing, financial services, and pharmaceuticals—as well as countries and cultures, giving him a deep understanding of how to bring people with different perspectives together to create strong, efficient teams that support Wallace Miller’s growth.
