As the head of the Prelitigation Department, Kiara oversees initial client outreach, case consultations, and gathering crucial client records. Under her leadership, the department grew from a handful of employees to a team of more than 40 within just a few months. Kiara has demonstrated extraordinary leadership, innovation, and compassion in her role, profoundly shaping the firm’s Prelitigation Department and its success. 

Her impact extends beyond operational excellence to fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and professional growth that extends into interactions with clients. One colleague shared, “Every time I hear Kiara on the phone with a client, I take notes on how to handle calls with warmth while still being honest and direct.”
